On adoration. 15 students and young adults gathered and spent some time in the church praying, singing and praising the Lord. For four, it was (as far as I know) their first time with the Catholic Student Group in Trondheim. Rumors has it that somebody from the Group had been inviting people to our meetings. If that’s the case (which I’m sure it is) I’m happy about it. Anything that makes our fellowship grows even more is encouraged.
The adoration this time was characterized with nice singing by the students and young adults. There were also some reading from different texts. One of them is posted here on this website (The link on the right “Text: The Most Precious Thing”). Clarisse, who had kindly prepared the songs and texts, fully deserves credit.
In other news, 5 students from the Group had been showing great enthusiasm lately by spending a whole weekend helping P. Dominic with the Confirmand Camp in the north. Maria Cao, Cecilia, Piotr, Daniele and Maria eagerly said yes when they were asked to help out in the kitchen if need be, play instruments during the Mass, and watch over the kids/confirmands. How they survived the 3 days long trip with over 30 unpredictable teenagers is still a mystery.
